660 John Nolen Drive Redevelopment
BT Squared prepared a successful grant application that
provided $129,500 to the developer for site investigation and
remediation for this $5 million redevelopment of a four-acre
brownfield in Madison, Wisconsin. BT Squared also provided site
investigation and remediation, grading plan, geotechnical analysis,
stormwater management, and sewer and water system design.
The Crossing Condominium Development
The project is located on a 20-acre parcel formerly zoned agricultural.
BT Squared services included interior roadway plans and street
corridors, site grading, sewer and water design, condominium
layouts and adjacent land use, public involvement, easements,
approvals and permitting, construction bidding, estimates, quantities,
and specifications.
