Project Engineer or Scientist (5+ years of experience) - Compliance and Air
Description
We are seeking a project engineer or scientist with more than 5 years of experience in multiple industry settings to manage environmental compliance projects and assist with air quality projects. Candidates should have a broad knowledge of environmental regulations and programs, including RCRA, wastewater permits, SWPP and SPCC plans, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, SARA/EPCRA, and NEPA. Experience conducting regulatory compliance audits is required. Strong business development skills, chemical engineering background, CHMM status, or EIT/PE status a plus.

Civil Engineer
Description
Project Engineer (4+ years of experience) – Development projects.
As Project Engineer for our Developer Services team, you will work on land development projects for private real estate developers and municipalities. You will work with Project Managers in the areas of design, client communication, and scheduling. In this position, you will develop both your technical design/analysis and project management skills, and will gain the experience required to advance your career in civil engineering. We will preferentially consider candidates with experience in site development, site layout, road design, stormwater management, utility design, specifications, construction management, and other land development skills.
